AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND SLINGSHOT COMMUNICATIONS INC.

The slingshot services and this website are offered to you by Slingshot Communications Inc. and its licensors (collectively "Companies"), conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your purchase of an Unlimited Local Dial-Up Access plan constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

UNLIMITED LOCAL DIAL-UP ACCESS USE LIMITATION

The additional Unlimited Local Dial-up Access plan-specific terms are as follows:

a.	Only specific local access numbers in the US, flagged with an asterisk in our access numbers web page and in the slingshot software Dial-up Connection Settings dialog, are eligible for the Unlimited Local Dial-up Access plan.
b.	You are responsible for ensuring that you have chosen an eligible local access number when connecting via dial-up with the slingshot software. Use of any non-eligible dial-up access number, local or otherwise, will incur the usual per-minute pay-as-you-go charge for that access.
c.	Upon purchasing an Unlimited Local Dial-up Access plan, either during registration or on our websites, the cost is immediately debited from your slingshot account and the number of days purchased becomes available immediately or is added on to your remaining unlimited local dial-up access plan, whichever is applicable at the time.
d.	Slingshot reserves the right to limit number of hours used under the Unlimited Local Dial-up Access plan in each 30 calendar day period to prevent excessive usage.
e.	Each connection to an eligible local access number is limited to a specific number of hours. The slingshot software will show you the amount of time available for the connection and warn you 15 minutes before the connection will end, giving you an opportunity to reconnect for another period of connection time.
